Louis Vuitton's Fall/Winter 2014 Collection has focused on separates, which included jackets, pants, skirts and accessories. Nicolas Ghesquière has made use of this to provide a seamless look for Louis Vuitton that reinvented how the Vuitton Girl would dress under his helm. The patent leather high-waisted pants were a highlight, made to give a glazed lame effect in navy and black. The pants were either skinny or tapered, and always cut right above the ankle. These were topped off with monogram canvas belts and also crocodile boots that were made in one piece of leather with no seams. The outfits together are seamless and in line with many of the other collections under Ghesquiere who is known for tailoring exceptional jackets and pants.
