Introducing the Dior Spring/Summer 2019 Runway Bag Collection. This season, Dior Creative Director Maria Grazia Chiuri features a "dance" theme. She has taken inspiration from contemporary dance artists including Loïe Fuller, Isadora Duncan, Ruth Saint Denis, Martha Graham and Pina Bausch. Light and flowy dresses, simple tanks, airy skirts and braided shoes were presented in the show.
The handbag collection features classic designs, as well as new ones. The Dior Saddle bags are back once again on the runway. Aside from the regular shape, it also appeared in mini sizes that lays flatter across the body. The Lady Dior also made its way on to the runway in a beautiful tie-dye pattern in canvas. New messenger bags were introduced this season in more rugged materials for everyday wear. It comes in different embroidered patterns and the signature Oblique canvas.
