French Publishing House, Éditions Larousse will be releasing a book entitled “Dior For Ever”. The book tells the story of the iconic French label's history. With over 300 photos, fashion show invites, campaigns and sketches originally signed by Christian Dior will be seen in the book. It features Dior’s 70 years in the business, including the life of the famous designer, as well as the history of his luxurious brand.
Dior’s renowned symbols like the bow and flower are also discussed in the book. It also includes the influential designers who have been part of the fashion house, among others, Yves Saint Laurent, John Galliano and Raf Simons.
The book is written by fashion historian, Catherine Örmen. Dior For Ever will be available on October 23, 2013 for €42.
