Introducing the Dior Cruise 2018 Runway Bag Collection. This is Maria Grazia Chiuri's first Cruise Collection for Dior. The show took place at Upper Las Virgenes Canyon Open Space Preserve in Calabasas, California. Chiuri has taken inspiration from Christian Dior's Lascaux Collection from 1951. It depicts the connection of mankind to nature, which very well suited to the location of the show. Female figures such as artist Georgia O'Keeffe and feminist shamanic healer Vicki Noble, have greatly inspired Chiuri too. Colored and printed dresses were seen on the runway, while the models walked into boots or sandals. Every model is wearing gaucho hats designed by Stephen Jones. The collection's handbags features studs and embellishments. The J'adior and Dior Revolution Flap Bags are back for this season, with its edgy and bold style. Dior introduces their latest designs for the collection, which includes the Dioraddict Flap, and new bucket and tote bags.
