The Blanket Print Capes by Burberry Prorsum for Fall / Winter 2014

 
The new Burberry Prorsum blanket capes and coats featuring aztec and floral prints are an upcoming  current obsession for the upcoming Fall / Winter 2014 season.  When the collection first appeared on the runway the models wore multiple layers including colorful sheer scarves  and airy dresses under a cinched waists.  The cape or blanket poncho works perfectly with a pair of over the knee-boots. Unfortunately, the cape and blanket ponchos tend not to be worn under many types of winter jackets, so this look can really only be worn when temperatures are hovering between 10 and 15°C or 50-59°F.  The style is available in both a short and long version directly from Burberry.
