Presenting the Cartier Love Bracelet. Created in 1969 by the late French designer, Aldo Cipullo. Inspired by the chastity belt, the classic bracelet was an instant hit. It was first introduced in a flat bangle with side screws that can only be opened and fastened with the ergonomic screwdriver. Today, it comes in different styles and comes in pink gold, yellow gold, white gold and platinum with diamonds. Cartier has a policy that customers cannot buy a Love Bracelet for themselves. Over the years, the Love Collection has been incorporated into different products like rings, earrings, necklaces and cufflinks. In 2006, Cartier launched the Love Charity Bracelet, made of silk cord joined by a ring with the word Love. Cartier donates $150 for each sale of this bracelet to different charities endorsed by celebrities.
