In celebration of Prada’s 100 years, the brand will be launching the Prada Galleria at Milan's Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, where Mario Prada opened his first boutique in 1913.
The Prada Galleria’s first phase has already opened last July 20, 2013. Included in the phase 1 is a new shop on the ground floor dedicated to men’s fashion. Soon to open in this 7-storey building are restaurant, auditorium for events, and a space for exhibitions called “Ideal Museum”. The building will also house the Prada Group’s headquarters.
